Senior Audio Visual Technician
You will be working with the latest audio visual equipment and will have previous experience of working in a fast paced client facing environment with a strong emphasis on customer service coupled with a high degree of technical competence with audio visual systems.
o Setting up equipment according to instructions from project managers
o Testing equipment before an event
o Finding and dealing with any faults on site
o Operating equipment during rehearsals and the event itself
o Checking and servicing the equipment
o Managing equipment booking
o Training other people to use the equipment
o A technical understanding of a wide range of sound, lighting, video equipment
o Be onsite as a duty technician throughout the event if required.
o Management of event production timings per event.
o Be able to work independently when required in event set-ups following clear brief from the Account Manager.
o Overseeing and managing other members and freelancers
o Reporting to your line manager with any staff issues.
o Working closely with your line manager for guidance on responsibilities
